This 4-tone Standard Train Whistle sounds just like the real thing. Crafted from responsibly harvested pine and high quality birch plywood, whistle measures approximately 8-1/4" long by 1-1/2" square. This whistle has no finish.

The 11-signal blast chart engraved on the side of the whistle teaches your littlest engineer what the train whistle "toots" or "blasts" mean: 3 short blasts mean the train is backing up, 3 long blasts means the train has departed, and more.
