Scissors with Goose Girl

A traditional toy from Germany, featuring a goose girl driving her geese to the meadow. These wooden "scissors" are modeled after an ancient Erzgebirge toy. The assembly is set in motion by pressure and counter-pressure on the scissors; then the characters—which depending on the era might consist of forest animals or pets, hunting scenes or even soldiers—"march" in unison.

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Due to the fragile nature of this piece, adult supervision is recommended.
