Twins in Christening Gowns figurine

The charming design of the childlike twins originated from Olly Wendt as a gift for the godparents and guests attending the baptism of her children Hans and Sigrid. The twins were born on 9th October 1930 and their baptism in March 1931 was a huge family celebration. To mark the birth month of the twins Hans and Sigrid Wendt, Wendt und Kuehn now welcomes the candle-bearing twins back into the fold of their collection this Autumn 2010.
