Wendt und Kuehn has become one of the Erzgebirge's most loved workshops, their flower children and especially their angels with polka-dotted wings among the most recognized designs in German woodcarving. Their dedication to design and quality has not diminished in the 90 years of the company's history, and their methods of handcrafting the wooden figurines have altered little since Margarete Wendt founded her workshop. Collectors ourselves, we are proud to bring the charming W. u. K. figurines to our customers, and we echo the words of the workshop:
