This Ark by master craftsman Christian Werner comes complete with 18 animal pairs as well as Noah and his wife. The animals are cut from a pine lathe and hand painted with great attention to detail, giving each animal a unique and characteristic appearance.

Animal pairs include horse, giraffe, cow, donkey, pig, elephant, camel, sheep, geese, goat, mountain goat, black and white chicken, 2 different pair of dogs, duck, polar bear and dove. Remove the roof of the ark and its deck to store the figures away. A truly special piece of Erzgebirge Folk Art, which received a Deutscher Designpreis Holzspielzeug (German Design Prize for Wooden Toys) honorable mention in 2004 .
