Wendt und Kuehn has become one of the Erzgebirge's most loved workshops, and their Children of Gruenhainichen and especially their wooden angels with eleven polkadots on their green wings are among the most recognized designs in German woodcarving. Their dedication to design and quality has not diminished in the 90 years of the company's history, and Wendt und Kuehn's methods of handcrafting the wooden figurines have altered little since Margarete Wendt founded her workshop. We are proud to bring the charming W. u. K. figurines to our customers, and we echo the words of the workshop:
