The Nativity scene is a central part of the Christmas display. It is a great way to bring the biblical story to life for young children: the Ostheimer Nativity, in fact, is designed to be played with, inviting the child to 'participate' in the event. The Walter Werner creche scene is the most beautiful miniature Nativity we have encountered, a spectacular example of Erzgebirge woodcarving.
