A large traditional Stimmungsvogel (or mood bird) sized for classroom and decorative use and crafted in the Erzgebirge workshop of Wolfgang Werner. Balance the head to show the child's mood: pointed up may show jubilation and down may show sadness. Birds such as these have long been used as Waldorf toys to show the four temperaments (Sanguine, Choleric, Phlegmatic and Melancholic).
Please note: The head of this bird is removable and should be kept from the reach of small children. Sold singly.
