Shipping Rates
Orders ship from New Salem, Massachusetts. Our standard method of shipping in the Continental US is by USPS Parcel Post, for a charge of $5.95. Should you want faster delivery, Priority Mail or UPS service (2 to 6 business days) is available at $8.00. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we will let you know the best service to choose.
These selections may be selected at checkout, and insurance may be added at that time as well. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO boxes are shipped via Priority Mail and are not included in the flat rate for the Continental US. The Wooden Wagon reserves the right to ship packages of a certain size or weight via UPS or other, similar carriers. Time in transit is estimated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier.
For shipment outside the United States or for Express shipping, please e-mail your inquiry (with the items to be ordered and your full name, shipping address, and daytime telephone number) to info@thewoodenwagon.com. We do not ship our folk art pyramids internationally except at the customer's risk, as we have found that the treatment they receive in transit can result in damage. The Wooden Wagon can neither repair nor replace items damaged in international transit.
We make every effort to ensure that items will be shipped by the next business day via the U.S. Postal Service. We are sorry, but we can not be responsible for items shipped without insurance.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, and are calculated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier. If you need your items by a specific date, please let us know and we will advise you whether you should upgrade to a faster service. Please understand that holidays and periods of high traffic such as the Christmas season may cause delays in the shipping and delivery of orders.
We are not always able to ship to international destinations, but we welcome any inquiries. We are not able to determine customs fees and brokerage clearance charges, and these are not included in the shipping fee quoted. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to any shipping charges paid to The Wooden Wagon.
Returns and Exchanges
Items unless marked otherwise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping), so long as they are returned in their original packaging in new (resaleable) condition along with a copy of the sales receipt. Please alert us before making any returns: Simply let us know your name, order number and reason for return by writing us at returns@thewoodenwagon.com, or by calling 1.978.544.6482.
Orders that are returned will receive a refund of the purchase price: shipping fees are not refundable. A restocking fee of at least 5% may apply. The product packaging as well as the product itself must be in new, resaleable condition or a minimum fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges may be applied to any in-stock item at normal selling price: coupons and other special offers may not be used in conjunction with the exchange. The normal shipping fee will apply to all exchanges.
If you need to make a return, please pack it securely and ship it to The Wooden Wagon, 89 Elm Street, New Salem MA 01355. Please include a copy of the original packing list with your shipment, and indicate whether you would prefer a store credit, exchange or refund (all refunds will be made to the card presented in making the transaction). We suggest that you add delivery confirmation, and The Wooden Wagon is not responsible for packages returned to us.
A shipping carton separate from the product's packaging must be used for return shipments. Reporting a Problem
Problems with an order, such as items damaged in transit or missing or incorrect items, should be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please call or write us at orders @ thewoodenwagon.com. Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been made ready for shipping. Cancellations made more than two (2) hours after the original order was placed may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.
Refused packages will be issued a refund of the purchase price, less the actual shipping costs. Please let us know if you decide to refuse your order as well as the reason. |
